Patty O’Grady grew up on Vancouver Island, spending her summers on the wild West Coast commercial fishing with her dad—on a boat he built himself! Life on the water taught her hard work, patience, and the value of community—lessons she brings to every real estate deal.

Since moving to Langley in 2000, Patty has raised two amazing boys and recently blended her family with two stepdaughters, three dogs, one (very independent) cat, and seven backyard chickens. When she’s not helping clients find their dream homes, you’ll find her gardening, camping, fishing, off-roading, or cheering on her kids at their sports games.

Patty began her real estate career in 2014 and has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Medallion, Royal LePage Director’s Platinum Award 2021, Master Sales Award 2022. But her favorite part? Matching the right homes with the right people—and seeing the smiles when it all comes together.
